They met over the humble cauliflower, and from that point on, the common garden vegetable would always hold a special place in their hearts. We love it when couples bring special meaning into their shoot with the use of props that mean something to them, but when Rachel and Tom said they’d brought a cauliflower I was quite surprised. As it happened, it was actually quite a fancy-looking cauliflower (of the Romany variety) and looked great in the photos, as did the red chillis that Rachel also brought with her. You’ll just have to look to see how they incorporated them into the shoot!
Rachel and Tom are getting married at the lovely Inn at Whitewell in Clitheroe in June and we can’t wait to document their special day for them. Rachel and Tom are a lovely couple…one of those that just looks so right together, and Erica and I had a fun time walking around the Castlefield area of Manchester for their pre-wedding shoot. Enjoy your photos Rachel and Tom, and we’ll see you on your big day!
This makes me think of New York:
Rule of the day: Cool Shoes Only.
Some off-camera flash magic:
What lies at the end of the rainbow? Rachel and Tom of course. (See lens flare).
Rachel studying Mrs Beeton’s book on Household Management…
I love Tom’s expression on this one!
